GESSEL successfully advises the founders of Yamly in proceedings before UOKiK

On 7 January, the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) granted clearance for the concentration comprising incorporation by the Black Forest fund, Dariusz Gałęzewski, and Dominik Doliński of a jointly-owned, entity, Yamly sp. z o.o.

Yamly sp. z o.o. will be a producer and distributor of plant-based foods (ready-to-eat vegan and vegetarian meals, soups, meat-free burgers and nuggets, and complete meals) formulated as a healthy alternative to natural meat.

The GESSEL team of Bernadeta Kasztelan-Świetlik, partner and Karolina Krzal-Kwiatkowska, senior associate drew up the antitrust filing and represented the Client in the ensuing proceedings before UOKiK.
