M&A transactions in the private market, competition law, day-to-day company law services ; also contributes to due diligence studies for capital market transactions.


Advises Polish and international businesses in M&A transactions on the private market, cooperates with private equity and venture capital funds. Her practice to date has been focused on due diligence studies, drafting of transaction documentation, and merger clearance proceedings before the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (also as regards preparation of concentration filings).

Experienced in current legal services for business enterprises, including corporate issues, preparation of documentation for restructuring projects, designing management option programmes, and drafting and reviewing commercial contracts (also as regards their compliance with competition law). Advises on competition-inhibiting practices and on consumer law.

Previously worked with a number of law firms in the greater Warsaw area, including WKB Wierciński, Kwieciński, Baehr Sp. k., and also contributed to the pro bono work of the Law Clinic at the University of Warsaw. With GESSEL since 2011.


Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw in 2011. Also completed a course at the Center for American Law Studies offered by her alma mater in cooperation with the University of Florida Levin College of Law (2011) and the Postgraduate Competition Law Study of the Legal Studies Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Admitted to practice as an advocate in 2017.
