On March 4, 2024, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) issued another approval for the concentration of our long-term client Anwim S.A. – this time the transaction involved the acquisition of several petrol stations belonging to the Circle K network.
Again, it was necessary to make a comprehensive description of the local markets in which the concentration participants operate and to estimate their market shares, and once again, cooperation with #Anwim S.A. was pleasantly efficient.
