GESSEL supports Bank BNP Paribas in another investment

GESSEL provided legal support to BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. as it joined in the newest round of financing for Autenti sp. z o.o. We stood by our Client in negotiation of the investment agreement and in securing the corporate interests of the bank.
