Has extensive experience in representing clients in litigation, particularly financial institutions, as well as in mediation, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

His main area of specialization is disputes related to challenging loan agreements linked to foreign currency, as well as to variable interest rates based on WIBOR, and those arising from unauthorized payment transactions.

Represents clients in lawsuits against consumers and businesses, before the general courts and the Supreme Court, and participates in settlement negotiations.
