GESSEL Attorneys at Law has the pleasure of inviting you to a debate on the future of investment arbitration proceedings in the European Union organized by the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF). In the course of the event, we will discuss, in particular, the consequences of the recent judgment of the CJEU in Slovak Republic v. Achmea B.V. (case C-284/16). This ICC YAF event will be a warm-up to the Warsaw Arbitration and Mediation Days which will take place on 23-25 May.
