Our lawyers advised Telko Oy, a member of the Aspo group, on acquisition by its subsidiaries of the aggregate body of rights and duties of the limited partners in Eltrex sp. o.o. sp. k. and of all the shares of its only unlimited partner, Eltrex sp. z o.o.
We conducted due diligence of the various entities belonging to the Eltrex group as well as drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation and sundry additional documents, including a service provision agreement and a property lease agreement.
Eltrex is a distributor of specialised chemicals and industrial packaging, supplying producers of coatings, flooring for household and industrial applications, and of formulations for use in the automotive industry, in construction, and around the home.
Telko Oy is a distributor of plastics, chemicals and lubricants, with a market presence spanning more than 20 countries.
