We advised Cavatina Holding S.A. on a prospectus-free bond issue programme with a maximum value of PLN 50 mln and a public issue of M2024A series bonds with an aggregate value in excess of PLN 21.5 mln !
Cavatina Holding S.A. has launched a new, prospectus-less, two-currency bond issue programme with a maximum aggregate nominal value of PLN 50 mln (or the EUR equivalent of this amount).
Cavatina Holding S.A. has already completed the first bond issue (series M2024A) with an aggregate nominal value of more than PLN 21.5 mln. The public offering proceeded on the basis of an information memorandum.
This is another bond issue programme in which we have the pleasure of advising Cavatina Holding S.A. on all the legal aspects, including the programme structure, drawing up the information document, and the technical aspects of the issue and the attendant information duties.
This was the first occasion on which Cavatina Holding S.A. retained Noble Securities S.A. as the exclusive issue organiser. We are happy to note that the reduction rate was more than 16% !
We congratulate Cavatina Holding S.A. and Noble Securities S.A. – we are proud to have contributed to the success of this project.
For GESSEL, the project was led by Magdalena Szeplik (managing associate) and Jakub Rowicki (senior associate), under the overall supervision of Krzysztof Marczuk (partner).
