We advised the majority shareholder of Centrum MediSport sp. z o.o. in Lublin – Mr Adam Lewczyk – in the transaction to sell this company to the AFFIDEA Group.

Affidea is the leading provider of medical diagnostic services in Europe. It has more than 300 centres in 15 countries.
