GESSEL advises Mezzanine Management on its investment in Nettle S.A.

GESSEL provided comprehensive legal advice to Mezzanine Management – sole advisors of the Accession Mezzanine Capital, a pioneer in mezzanine finance deals in the CEE region – on its investment in Nettle S.A. The deal involved increase of the target’s share capital and a long-term mezzanine loan.

Nettle S.A. provides direct-to-pharmacy (DTP) sales services for global pharmaceutical companies, managing receivables and financing medical investments.

GESSEL’s legal team drew up the transaction documentation and attended to the negotiation process.
