As of October 2010, GESSEL has been cooperating with Lewiatan on drafting and assessing legislative proposals. In 2011, our firm offered its remarks on the draft legislative Act regarding amendment of certain statutes associated with operation of the retirement benefits system; for GESSEL’s part, this project is coordinated by Leszek Koziorowski.
