We advised Kredyt Inkaso S.A. on the implementation of another bond issue programme carried out under the base prospectus

We provided comprehensive advice to Kredyt Inkaso S.A. in connection with the establishment of a bond issue programme with a total nominal value of up to PLN 100,000,000 and in connection with the drafting and approval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority of the base prospectus, the conduct of public offerings, day-to-day transactional and corporate services, and prospectus supplements. Under the programme, Kredyt Inkaso S.A., with the support of GESSEL, conducted 4 public offerings with a total nominal value of 68,000,000 pln.
